Barbara House is located in a quiet part of Afitos, one of the most beautiful and authentic places on the Kassandra peninsula, at a distance of 1000 meters from the beach. Thanks to its functional room layout and pleasant atmosphere, it represents an excellent choice for larger families and groups of friends who want a comfortable stay in a traditional Greek setting. The location provides easy access to the town center, restaurants, taverns and shops, while at the same time offering the peace needed for a quality holiday. The combination of comfort, a good location and an authentic atmosphere makes this accommodation an excellent choice for a holiday in Halkidiki.

The ground-floor apartment, intended for a maximum of six adults and two children, consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have one double bed each, while the living room is equipped with a sofa for two persons and a corner sofa that is not extendable, but is used as two beds suitable for sleeping two persons.

Upon request, a baby cot can be provided free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, a TV in the living room, a washing machine, a hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a large oven, a stove with four hotplates, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

Guests have at their disposal a veranda overlooking the yard, which represents a pleasant space for relaxation during the day. A barbecue is available upon request and can further enhance the stay by providing an additional opportunity for meal preparation and socializing in the pleasant atmosphere of the accommodation.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation. For stays with pets, it is necessary to leave a security deposit upon check-in. The deposit is fully refunded after the end of the stay, provided that no damage has been caused in the accommodation unit.

Guests enter a clean accommodation unit and maintain its cleanliness themselves during their stay. Regular cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are not included in the accommodation price, but these services are available upon request and at an additional charge. An additional set of bed linen and towels can also be provided at an additional charge.

One private parking space is provided for guests within the property.

Afitos is known for its stone architecture, charming streets, rich history and beautiful views of the Toroneos Gulf. The beach in Afitos attracts visitors with its crystal-clear sea and natural surroundings, while the numerous attractions of Kassandra provide opportunities for exploration throughout the stay.

The accommodation is located approximately 4 km from Kallithea, 6 km from Nea Fokea and approximately 17 km from Nea Potidea. The nearest airport, Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, is approximately 74 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Upon arrival, guests traveling with pets are required to pay a security deposit of 200 €, which may be retained by the owner in case of any damage. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage is caused during the stay.
