The ground floor house for rent Anna Apartment is located in a very spacious fenced yard full of greenery, in a quiet location near the famous paradise beach in the Paradisos area. It is a modest but functional apartment, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. It is a single accommodation unit that is completely separate, and provides its guests with a precious sense of privacy.
The house is about 150m from the sandy Paradisos beach, about 2km from the city beach of Neos Marmaras, and about 1.5km from the city center with a large selection of restaurants, cafes, taverns, pizzerias, pastry shops, grocers, boutiques and shops. The nearest bakery and supermarket are about 200m away.
The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen which has two single beds, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with three hotplates and a small oven, a kettle, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. There is a shower tray in the bathroom. The accommodation unit has WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning is done every three days.
In front of the apartment there are verandas equipped with a table and chairs for dining, as well as utensils for barbecue. The fully fenced yard has a lawn, greenery and natural shade, and two parking spaces are available.
After taking the highway from Thessaloniki to Neos Marmaras, in the Paradissos area you pass the large parking lot of the Star Paradise hotel (on your right), turn into the first street on the right and continue straight (about 130m) to the next fork, where you will be in front of the apartment.
If you want privacy on vacation, and decent accommodation in a quiet and safe location near the beach, Anna Apartment can be a good choice for you.

I wholeheartedly recommend it. The place is clean and tidy, exactly as depicted in the pictures. The cottage is situated alone in a beautiful yard that offers plenty of natural shade.
