Milos House is a house organized as a maisonette on two levels and intended for up to six adults and two children. The lower level, that is the ground floor, consists of a living room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, that is the first floor, has two bedrooms and another bathroom. This layout provides guests with a good division of space, with the common area on the ground floor and the quieter sleeping area upstairs, which makes the accommodation suitable for families or groups who want a more comfortable stay. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while the other bedroom has one single bed and a bunk bed. Additional sleeping places are provided in the living room, on a sofa for two people and a sofa for one person.
For families traveling with a baby, the stay is additionally facilitated by the possibility of providing a baby crib on request and without extra charge. This convenience is especially practical for parents, because it allows easier preparation for the trip and less luggage, while the youngest guests have a designated space for calmer and more comfortable sleep during the holiday.
The house is equipped to provide guests with a comfortable and practical stay during the holiday, especially for families and groups who want more independence during the summer. Three air conditioners allow a more pleasant temperature in different parts of the accommodation, while WiFi internet makes everyday connectivity easier. A TV in the living room is suitable for shared moments of rest, and an additional TV in one bedroom is a practical convenience for guests who want more choice in using the space. For additional practicality, a washing machine and hair dryer are available, which is especially useful for longer stays and family trips. On the first floor there are two balconies, so guests have more space to enjoy the view of the coast, the sea, and the surroundings from different parts of the house. A barbecue is also available to guests, suitable for preparing meals outdoors.
Staying with pets is possible with prior arrangement with the owner and an extra charge. For guests arriving with a pet, a security deposit is charged upon check‑in, which serves as insurance in case of possible damage during the stay. If no damage is found after departure, the deposit is fully refunded.
Regular maintenance of the accommodation during the stay is left to the guests, so they can organize and use the space according to their own rhythm of holiday. For guests who need additional help, cleaning can be arranged with the owner and is charged extra. Bed linen and towels are not changed within the basic service, but additional sets can be provided on request and with prior arrangement.
