Accommodation description

Nopis House is pleasant and functional accommodation located near the resort of Nea Potidea, on the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Situated 565 meters from the nearest beach and four kilometers from the town center, it is an ideal place for a family or a larger group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday and a positive feeling of seclusion.

The property consists of three identical apartments, intended to accommodate a maximum of five adults and one child. The apartments are located on the elevated ground floor, accessible via seven steps, and each consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each, while in the living room guests sleep on a sofa for two people.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon the guests’ prior request at the time of booking.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with the air-conditioning unit located in the living room. The apartments are equipped with WiFi internet access, as well as a smart TV, ensuring access to guests’ favorite digital content during their stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a small oven with two hotplates, a kettle, a toaster, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A hairdryer is available to guests, and free use of a washing machine, shared by all apartments, is also provided.

In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy the balcony, equipped with outdoor seating, which is an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air during pleasant summer mornings or evenings. In addition to the balcony, the property also features a shared, fenced yard.

Small pets are allowed at this property, with prior notice at the time of booking, without any additional charges or deposit.

Cleaning service is not provided; however, it is possible to arrange this service for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are not changed, but guests have access to a clean replacement set, which they change themselves.

Guests can park their vehicles in the yard, with two parking spaces provided for each apartment, which is particularly convenient for those traveling by their own car or planning to rent a car during their stay.

If guests are among those who consider it important to remain mobile while traveling and explore the surrounding region beyond the resort where they are staying, it is worth noting that this accommodation is located 18 km from Sani and 22 km from the popular resort of Kallithea. The nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 62 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
