This apartment, structured as a maisonette on three levels, is designed to accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children up to 16 years old. The apartment features a living room with a kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first level, there is a bedroom with a mini gallery and a bathroom with a shower cabin, while the second level features another bedroom. The living room is equipped with two sofas for single use. The bedroom on the first level has bunk beds and additional sleeping space in the form of a mini-gallery with a mattress, while the second-level bedroom contains a double bed.

A children’s crib is available upon request at no extra charge. This convenience allows parents to easily organize their travels and provides additional comfort during their vacation. In this air-conditioned apartment with mosquito nets, guests have access to two air conditioning units positioned to regulate the temperature throughout the accommodation, free WiFi, two TVs, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and a washing machine to facilitate hygiene maintenance during the stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a stove with four burners, a large oven, two large refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Additional small appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso frother, and toaster are also provided.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
