This apartment, structured as a three-level maisonette, is designed to accommodate up to six adults and two children under 16. The interior layout includes a living room connected to the kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor, a separate bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and an open sleeping area on the second-floor gallery, accessible by internal stairs. Sleeping arrangements consist of a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, an open gallery with another double bed, and two single sofas in the living room. This division across levels provides a clear and functional sleeping arrangement for the specified number of guests.

Families with small children have access to a baby cot free of charge, upon prior arrangement with the owner. This convenience makes travel easier for parents and ensures a safe and comfortable sleeping space for the youngest guests.

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
