CountryStone Villa is located in a small coastal town of Dionysos, on the western coast of Halkidiki, situated between Nea Flogita and Nea Moudania, 900 meters from the beach. Comfortable accommodation built of stone, surrounded by nature and a beautifully landscaped yard, creates a perfect environment for relaxation and enjoyment.

The house is organized on three levels and structurally is a maisonette that can accommodate up to 14 adults. On the first level, at the ground floor level, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person. On the second level, at the first floor level, there is a bathroom and an open sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a single bed. On the third level, at the attic level, there is a bathroom and an open sleeping area with two queen-size beds.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests a TV, WiFi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large oven, a big refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the veranda or balcony, furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy a pleasant view of the surroundings and the greenery. Guests have access to a spacious and well-kept yard with a gazebo, which, together with the outdoor kitchen and barbecue, represents a perfect place for socializing and enjoying the outdoors.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and without additional fees.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay, with a replacement set of towels and linens provided for self-replacement.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
