**The luxury complex Boo Villas is built in a green belt above Tsoukalades, offering a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea. The building consists of two identical villas, which, among other advantages, offer guests a private pool, a beautifully landscaped large yard and handmade oak furniture. Lefkadas most famous beaches are a short distance from the accommodation. Parking is provided for all guests. **

Both villas (110m2), Greenboo and Bluebo, were made of top quality energy-saving material, with first-class insulation. In summer, the temperature in the villa decreases due to the material, while in winter it increases.

The villa's bio-climate complex offers guests swimming pools with chlorine-free water and a saltwater electrolysis treatment system, as well as a garden with herbs and vegetables.

Each of the two villas has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third is equipped with two single beds. The number of guests in each villa is limited to seven.

Wireless internet is available throughout the complex and there is a barbecue outside that can be used at any time.

Built over the village of Tsoukalades and almost by the forest, boo premium living villas welcome all the categories of visitors. The bioclimatic complex consists of two residences of 110 sq.m. each named Greenboo and Blueboo accordingly. The explorers of Lefkada will be thrilled with their hub as they are in a close distance to the most popular beaches of the island, while the city of Lefkada is just a few minutes away, offering many tourist attractions.

Residences are built on the principles of bioclimatic design. Energy-efficient A-class window frames, combined with thermal insulation, in all facades, roof and flooring of each house (made of energy shell), achieve natural cooling in the summer and as little heat loss as possible in the winter. In this way, the ideal temperature inside the house is ensured at all times of the year, making it human and environmentally friendly.

Each boo residence consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room and has an internal wooden staircase. Boo premium living villas are equipped with handmade furniture made of natural oak wood, linen, pillows and mattresses made of natural non-metallic materials. Guests enjoy excellent sleep and relaxation thanks to the comfortable beds and the variety of pillows (natural rubber and feather) that all rooms are equipped with. The residences include a fully equipped kitchen with energy class A electrical appliances and organic local food products. Each boo residence (up to six people) has a private pool with salt (chlorine-free) ideal for children, herbal garden, vegetable garden and a yoga deck (in Blueboo). The style of interior decoration is characterized by simple elegance. Natural materials, earth tones, bright decorative elements, create an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquillity for the guest. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, organic cotton towels and bath products for personal hygiene and beauty made from Greek materials.
