**The luxury complex Boo Villas is built in a green belt above Tsoukalades, offering a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea. The building consists of two identical villas, which, among other advantages, offer guests a private pool, a beautifully landscaped large yard and handmade oak furniture. Lefkadas most famous beaches are a short distance from the accommodation. Parking is provided for all guests. **

Both villas (110m2), Greenboo and Bluebo, were made of top quality energy-saving material, with first-class insulation. In summer, the temperature in the villa decreases due to the material, while in winter it increases.

The villa’s bio-climate complex offers guests swimming pools with chlorine-free water and a saltwater electrolysis treatment system, as well as a garden with herbs and vegetables.

Each of the two villas has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third is equipped with two single beds. The number of guests in each villa is limited to seven.

Wireless internet is available throughout the complex and there is a barbecue outside that can be used at any time.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
