Andros Apartment, located in a quieter part of the charming town of Polichrono on the Kassandra peninsula, is just 120 m from the beach. This apartment is an ideal choice for families, couples, and groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with all the amenities needed for a peaceful holiday. Although slightly removed from the center, Andros Apartment is in close proximity to local restaurants, shops, and other facilities, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.

This is a spacious two-bedroom apartment situated on the first floor of the building, designed to accommodate up to seven people. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two people and an additional pull-out armchair, providing comfortable and well-organized accommodation for larger families or groups of friends.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, one in the living room and the other in one of the bedrooms. Guests have access to WiFi and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing all meals and includes a large oven, four ceramic cooktops, a large refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available, helping guests save time during their stay.

At the front of the building, there is a large balcony accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It is furnished with outdoor seating and offers views of the courtyard, street, and a distant view of the sea—an ideal spot to start the day with the aroma of coffee and the sea air. At the back of the building, there are two smaller balconies: one accessed from the kitchen and the other from the second bedroom.

Small pets are allowed upon request, and their stay must be announced in advance when making a reservation, as an additional fee applies. Upon arrival, guests traveling with pets are required to leave a security deposit, which the owner may retain in case of any damage. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage occurs.

Cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes, are not included, but they can be arranged for an additional fee. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment.

The apartment does not have private parking, but parking is available nearby along the street.

Polichrono is a popular holiday resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, on Halkidiki. With its pleasant atmosphere, long sandy beach, and diverse amenities, it attracts many visitors throughout the season. The beach is long and sandy with a gradual entrance into the sea, making it especially suitable for families with children. Along the coastline, there is a promenade lined with traditional tavernas, cafés, bars, and shops, while supermarkets, pharmacies, and other daily necessities are easily accessible. Thanks to its convenient location, Polichrono is an excellent base for exploring Kassandra, Hanioti is 5 km away, Pefkohori 9 km, and Thessaloniki Airport is 95 km from the town.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.
