Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Description
In the charming village of Skala Maries, on the southwest coast of the island of Thassos, just 10m from the sandy beach of Platanes, stands the villa complex named Stone Village Houses.
This newly built accommodation, founded in 2024 and inspired by exotic Bali, where earth tones and natural materials prevail, sets high standards in equipment, functionality, and aesthetics.
The complex consists of three villas:
Stone House is a maisonette of slightly older date, with direct access to the beach. It is divided into two levels and intended for accommodation of up to four people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a French bed within the living room with a kitchen, while on the second level, in the attic, there is another French bed in the open sleeping area that is not separated by doors from the lower level. It should be noted that the attic is very low.
Glass Stone House is a brand new ground floor house with a private pool that can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa for two.
River House is a brand new ground floor house with a private pool that can accommodate up to four adults and one child. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a folding armchair, while the living room includes a sofa for two.
Within these air-conditioned units, with an independent cooling unit in the bedroom and living room of the River House and Glass Stone House, guests have at their disposal a smart flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, toiletries, as well as an indoor kitchen in the Stone House equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster or an outdoor kitchen in the Glass Stone House and River House equipped with two ceramic hobs and a small fridge with a freezing compartment.
On warm summer days, with views of the garden, pool or sea, guests can spend time on the veranda equipped with seating furniture.
In the yard of the Glass Stone and River House, guests have access to a private pool with sunbeds, an outdoor dining area within a gazebo and a barbecue. From the yard of the Stone House, where guests can barbecue or relax on sunbeds, there is direct access to the beach.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and at no additional cost.
Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, takes place daily.
Guests can find parking in front of the accommodation or nearby.
Stone Village Houses is located 8km from Limenaria, 31km from Limenas and 55km from the nearest airport in Kavala.
