Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Stone Village Houses is an exclusive villa complex located in the enchanting place of Skala Maries, just 10 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Platanes. This modern accommodation combines sophisticated design with top-tier comfort, providing guests with a unique vacation experience in a peaceful and idyllic setting.
The complex consists of three villas, carefully designed to offer maximum comfort and luxury. Each villa is equipped with all the necessary amenities, featuring modern design, spacious interiors, and a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
Stone House is an authentic mezzanine with direct access to the beach, designed to accommodate up to 4 people. On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a double bed within the living room with a kitchen, while the gallery features an open sleeping area with an additional double bed. It is important to note that the attic is very low.
Glass Stone House is a new, modern ground-floor villa with a private pool, designed for a maximum of four people. It features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, offering the perfect balance between comfort and luxury.
River House is a spacious ground-floor villa with a private pool, designed for four adults and one child. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a folding armchair, while the living room features an additional sofa for two, ideal for families seeking luxury and privacy.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with AC unist in both the bedrooms and living rooms. Guests have access to a smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, and fully equipped kitchens. The Stone House villa has an indoor kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. The Glass Stone House and River House villas have outdoor kitchens with two ceramic hobs and a mini fridge with a freezing compartment.
Each villa has a spacious veranda with seating arrangements, providing guests with the opportunity to enjoy the view of the sea, pool, or idyllic yard.
The villas Glass Stone House and River House feature a private pool with sunbeds, a gazebo with an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue. The Stone House villa, with its direct access to the beach, also allows guests to enjoy the barbecue and relax on sunbeds in the yard.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and at no additional cost.
Cleaning of the units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, takes place daily.
Guests can find parking in front of the accommodation or nearby.
