The two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the property and can accommodate up to six adults. The well-organized space consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two people, making the apartment suitable for a family or a group of friends.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has three air-conditioning units, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Smart TVs are also available in all rooms, with three in total. Guests also have access to WiFi internet. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a hob with four ceramic glass burners, a large oven and a large refrigerator. Smaller kitchen appliances include a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The apartment also features a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Guests also have access to a large balcony with outdoor seating, which is an ideal place for morning coffee, a light breakfast or relaxing in the evening after a day at the beach. This outdoor space adds another opportunity to enjoy the summer days and the peaceful atmosphere of a stay on Corfu.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. For stays longer than five days, the owners provide one complimentary set of bed linen and towels, which guests change themselves.

Pelekas Beach is 1.7 km away, while the famous Glyfada and Kontogialos beaches are only a few kilometres away and are excellent choices for a full day by the sea. For guests wishing to explore the island, Corfu Town is 13 km away, while the popular resorts of Agios Gordios and Benitses are 12 km and 16 km away, respectively. The nearest international airport is located in Corfu Town, 13 km from the accommodation, allowing for a relatively quick journey to the apartment after landing on the island.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
