Hotel Description

Milona Studios is a modest building on a fantastic location, if you want to be on a busy place in the main street, in the first row to the sea, on the promenade, in the very center of Nea Peramos.

There’s a double studio (12m2) on the first floor, with two single beds, a mini kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the street.

In addition to the double, on the first floor there is another triple studio with a double bed and a sofa bed for two small children or one adult. This studio has a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious terrace with direct sea views. Only this unit is available for booking from the 2025 season.

In the attic there’s a room without kitchen. The ceiling is very low and the corridor with stairs leading to it is also low and narrow. In the room there’s a double bed. This accommodation unit does not have a kitchen, but only a refrigerator and a cooker or a coffee maker, but it has a beautiful terrace with fantastic, direct sea view. In this room there is no internet.

All three accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, a bathroom, a refrigerator, wireless internet from the cafe on the ground floor, a hairdryer can be obtained on site, and a baby crib is advisable to book in advance. Cleaning as well as bed linen and towels replacement is done in every five days, but the different schedule is negotiable with the owner on the spot.

The building is only 50m away from the beach. Parking can be found near the villa or on the street.

If you want a modest and affordable accommodation in a very attractive location and at the footsteps of all the content, Milona Studios can be a great choice.

A wonderful apartment in the center of Nea Peramos. It contains everything you need and offers a splendid view of the sea. The owner is very cultured and kind. We plan to return.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
