Accommodation description

Milona Studios is a modest accommodation in a fantastic location, ideal for those who wish to be in a bustling place, on the main street, right by the sea, on the promenade, in the very heart of Nea Peramos.

The accommodation is only about fifty meters away from the beach.

In its offer, this accommodation includes three units, a double studio, a triple studio, and one room without a kitchen. Starting from the 2025 season, only the triple studio is available for online reservations.

On the first floor, there is a double studio (12m2) with two single beds, a mini kitchen, a bathroom, and a large terrace overlooking the street.

In addition to the double studio, there is another triple studio (25m2) on the first floor, which features a double bed and a sofa bed for two small children or one adult. This studio includes a bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious terrace with a direct sea view.

In the attic, there is a room without a kitchen. The ceiling is very low, as well as the hallway with stairs leading to it. The room contains a double bed. This accommodation unit does not have a kitchen, only a refrigerator and a kettle. It also has a terrace with a fantastic direct view of the sea.

All three accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, mosquito nets, bathroom, and a refrigerator. A hairdryer can be provided on-site, and it is advisable to pre-book a baby cot. The accommodation does not have internet access, but guests can use the café on the ground floor for this purpose.

Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay (for all reservations longer than seven nights), and guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment (necessary cleaning supplies are provided).

Parking can be found next to the villa or on the street.

In the café bar within the house, loud music is played until one or two hours after midnight, so it may not be suitable for guests who go to bed early.

The accommodation is in an excellent location. Spacious, clean, and tidy. The owner also provided internet. However, what we would mention as a drawback is that the bedding was not changed once during the week.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
