Kyma Studios is located in the heart of the vibrant resort of Paralia, just 200 meters from the sandy beach. This accommodation is an excellent choice for those who enjoy the dynamic pace of Paralia, its rich amenities, and the lively atmosphere of a destination filled with tourists, where numerous cafés and restaurants can be found at every step, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Kyma Studios provides an ideal combination of proximity to the sea and a lively ambiance, perfect for an unforgettable holiday in the Olympic region.

The property features two studios of different capacities, designed to accommodate four or five guests. The five-bed studio is located on the ground floor, while the four-bed studio is situated on the second floor. Both studios are designed as open-plan spaces combining the sleeping area and kitchen, with a separate bathroom. The ground-floor studio includes two double beds and one single bed, while the four-bed studio on the second floor offers two double beds.

The accommodation units are equipped to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay during your holiday. Guests have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchens are designed for preparing light meals and are equipped with a single-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and basic kitchenware. Each unit also includes a hairdryer.

The ground-floor studio features a fenced private veranda, while the studio on the second floor has a balcony, offering guests a pleasant space to relax and enjoy their day. Additionally, there is a shared terrace in front of the building, available to all guests as an extra space for relaxation and socializing in a comfortable setting.

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During the stay, housekeeping services depend on the length of stay. For guests staying 10 days or longer, cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is provided every five days. For shorter stays, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation, and changes of linen and towels are not included. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra charge upon prior request.

The property does not offer private parking; however, parking is available along the street or in nearby public parking areas.

The surrounding area of Paralia offers a variety of attractions to enhance your stay. Approximately 32 km away is the Enipeas Canyon, located at the foot of Mount Olympus, known for its scenic trails, lush vegetation, and crystal-clear streams. About 39 km away lies Platamonas Fortress, a medieval stronghold with rich history and impressive views of the Aegean Sea and the surrounding area. For those seeking a quieter alternative to the lively atmosphere of Paralia, Olympic Beach, just 4 km away, offers a more relaxed setting. Additionally, Leptokarya, located about 32 km away, is a popular resort known for its long sandy beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
