Description

Kalamitsa Beach View is located in the town of Kavala, in close proximity to the most popular city beach, Kalamitsa. The accommodation features separate bedrooms, a kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, and a sea view.

Within the building on the ground floor, there is a bakery, a cafeteria, and a mini-market, while the Masoutis Supermarket is located 600m away. It is 3.4km away from the city center and 2.1km away from the Maritime Museum.

The nearest beach (Kalamitsa) is 50m away.

This is a two-bedroom apartment (75m2), located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. It has a balcony with a seating area, offering a direct view of the sea and the street.

Free WiFi internet, a smart TV with Netflix streaming service, air conditioning, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a fan, an iron, and a washing machine are available. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for its maintenance, for which they are provided with all necessary supplies. For reservations of seven nights or more, upon request an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for their change.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in the nearby public parking area.

The apartment is excellent, spacious, clean, and practical. It features a huge kitchen, a large refrigerator, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay without the immediate need to go to the supermarket. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment, and there is a large terrace with a view of the sea and the beach across the street. Parking is always available in front of the property. The beach is a story in itself, devoid of crowds, bars, and various music. Fine sand and crystal-clear water. Konstantinos is kind and unobtrusive, yet present and ready to provide any assistance and information.

Pros
The spaciousness and comfort of the apartment. A friendly host. Proximity to Kalamica beach. Parking.
Cons
The apartment has no drawbacks. The only thing to consider is that Kavala is not a tourist-oriented destination, and the Kalamica beach lacks typical tourist facilities.

Kalamitsa Beach View is the perfect place to stay in Kavala. Thanks to its excellent location, exceptional spaciousness, and well-equipped apartments, especially due to the outstanding host, Kostas. Kostas is an incredibly kind, professional, and hardworking young man who provided us with all the information from the very first moment to ease our arrival and stay. We felt as if we were at home, and in Kostas, we found a wonderful friend. We stayed at Kalamitsa Beach View in August 2022. If you are planning a vacation in Kavala, this is the best place you can be. The location is fantastic, on the beautiful Kalamitsa beach, which is not overcrowded with tourists and is frequented by locals; you only need to cross the street in front of the apartment to reach the beach. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, which immediately delighted us, and it is equipped with absolutely everything you could think of needing, featuring an incredibly spacious terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The city center is just a 5-10 minute drive away. On the ground floor of the building, there is a café and pastry shop where you can buy coffee to go, pastries, drinks, homemade desserts, etc. Kavala is a special and remarkable city with a rich history, and it is worth seeing. Whether you come as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this apartment is the perfect place to stay. An additional advantage is the spacious parking in front of the apartment. Between the building and the beach, there is a street that leads quickly to the neighboring places of Palio, Nea Iraklitsa, and other beautiful beaches, all within just a 10-minute drive. Considering that we brought an elderly person on vacation, Kostas made sure we had everything we needed and enhanced our stay. Absolutely the best recommendation for staying in a wonderful apartment, in a perfect location, with an outstanding host in the marvelous city of Kavala.

We spent five nights at the Kalmitsa Beach View apartment in Kavala and were absolutely delighted. The apartment is located right on Kalamitsa beach, the most beautiful one in Kavala; we just cross the street and we're already in the sea. It is very spacious and modernly equipped, with exceptional cleanliness. The large living room with kitchen and dining area impressed us, as did the large, wide, and long terrace with a view of the sea - priceless. In addition to the living room, there are two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The apartment has everything you need in terms of furniture, hygiene, and equipment, just like at home. The owner, Konstantinos, amazed us with his dedication, value, and kindness. From the moment we confirmed our reservation, he sent us all the useful links, so we didn't have to think or prepare for anything. There is a huge free parking lot in front of the apartment, and on the ground floor, a lovely café offers breakfast, pastries, snacks, drinks, and healthy products, exceptionally well thought out, so we enjoyed fresh coffee right in the morning. Kavala is a large and unique city with plenty of attractions, and Kalamitsa beach is in the suburbs of Kavala, where we could stay in beautiful accommodation, feeling at home and enjoying the sea, while being just a five-minute drive from the city center in the morning or evening. From here, it is an excellent starting point to visit other places in the vicinity, such as Palio, Nea Iraklitsa, and Nea Peramos, as the road in front connects all these places with Kavala. Postovani, Video sam ovaj smestaj u vasoj sekciji "slobodni termini". Tamo je navedena cena 117e po noci za apartman za 4 osobe. Kada ukucam za rezervaciju 15-25 jula, izbacuje mi cenu 1575e. Da li je ovaj smestaj slobodan u tom periodu i da li je cena za dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece 11, 14 godina u stvari 1170e ili 1575e? Hvala, Milan
