It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. It has a balcony with a seating area, offering a direct view of the sea and the street.

Free WiFi internet, a smart TV with Netflix streaming service, air conditioning, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a fan, an iron, and a washing machine are available. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for its maintenance, for which they are provided with all necessary supplies. For reservations of seven nights or more, upon request an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for their change.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Stays for persons younger than 5 years are not approved.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
