One of the most popular accommodations for Lefkas** Villa Niki Studios is located in a quiet location, close to the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis, not far from the center of Lefkas. It has studios and apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people. All units are spacious, quality and fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. Guests have at their disposal a beautifully landscaped yard, private parking and wireless internet.**
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 250m away.
Accommodation is approximately 2km from Lefkas and about 850m from the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis (Myloi).
Niki Studios has studios and apartments for two to four people.
The building has two double studios on the ground floor, with an area of about 20m2, each with one double bed.
The apartments are 45m2 (two on the ground floor, one on the first floor). They have one double bed in the bedroom, and one single bed and a sofa in the remaining, kitchen area.
The apartments have a view of the surroundings and the greenery that surrounds the villa, as well as the sea in the distance (upstairs apartment).
All accommodation units in the villa are soundproofed and all have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer, TV and air conditioning, a terrace with views, or a porch with a seating area.
Linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
Vila Niki Studios is an ideal choice for families, couples and all travelers who want a good accommodation near Agios Ioannis beach at a reasonable price. We especially recommend it to families with young children because of the spacious and beautifully landscaped yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
