Located 700 m from the beach, outside the town centre and away from noise and large numbers of tourists, it provides ideal conditions for relaxation in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Designed for those who want to enjoy a green environment with views of the mountains, which offer a refreshing escape during warm summer evenings, this house has two accommodation units.

The property offers units suitable for both smaller and larger groups of guests, ensuring a comfortable stay. The studio is intended for two people and is located on the ground floor, comprising a kitchen with sleeping area and a bathroom. The studio features one double bed. Guests can also choose the spacious apartment on the first floor, accommodating up to five people. This unit includes a kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, providing plenty of space and comfort for families or groups of friends. The apartment has one double bed in two of the bedrooms, while the third bedroom contains a single bed.

Each accommodation unit is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, as well as wireless Wi-Fi internet. The kitchens are fully equipped for everyday use, with a kettle and toaster available in all units. The studio has a small fridge and a single-burner hob, while the apartment offers all the necessary appliances for preparing meals for a larger group, including a large fridge with freezer, four standard hobs, a large oven, and a microwave. All units have a hairdryer, and guests have access to a washing machine located in a shared area within the property.

The apartment has two spacious balconies, while the studio offers a private veranda, both furnished with comfortable seating. The property is set within a beautifully maintained garden, providing a pleasant environment for relaxation and enjoying the peace and quiet outdoors.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation, with bed linen and towels changed independently, and replacement sets provided every three days.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Private parking is available with limited capacity, providing three parking spaces for both accommodation units.

Lina House is situated exactly between Nikiti and Metamorfosi, in an ideal location for enjoying the peace and natural surroundings of Sithonia. Metamorfosi and Nikiti are both 4 km away, allowing easy access to local tavernas, shops and beaches. Nearby are some of Sithonia’s most beautiful beaches, including sandy shores in Metamorfosi and secluded coves around Nikiti, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Thessaloniki Airport is 85 km away, making travel simple and convenient. This location provides the perfect base for a relaxing holiday, enjoying local cuisine, nature walks, and exploring Sithonia’s natural attractions.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

At Lina 3 Bedroom Apartment, the minimum stay is 5 days.
At Lina 2 Bed Studio, the minimum stay is 1 day until June 1, and from June 1 to mid-September it is 4 days.
The environmental tax is €8 per person per night.
