This apartment, which is a maisonette by design, is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to six adults and two children up to 16 years old. On the lower level, at ground-floor level, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. On the upper level, at first-floor level, there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom, providing guests with additional privacy and comfort. In the first bedroom, there is a double bed with dimensions narrower than standard and a single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single armchair bed, while the third bedroom features a double bed.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge, making travel arrangements easier for families with babies.

The apartment is equipped with four air-conditioning units, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, providing a pleasant stay during the warm summer days. Guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, a TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, two hairdryers, washing machine for laundry, as well as an iron for ironing clothes.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

For reservations in 3 Bedroom Apartment, Two-level, for period from 13.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, for stays of 3 nights and more, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.
