The Kukutsi 1415 Villa is located in the village of Psakoudia, surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean greenery, approximately 1.6 km from the sandy beach. The villa can accommodate up to nine adults and is spread over two levels - the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom, while the first floor houses two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second one has a double bed and two single beds that can be combined into one large bed. The living room includes a sofa for two people and an additional sofa for one person. This room layout allows for ample privacy, but also plenty of space for larger gatherings of friends or family. The villa’s interior exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere thanks to the combination of natural stone, solid wood, and carefully selected furniture. The living room with a fireplace serves as a central place for relaxation and socializing, while the large kitchen and dining area provide enough space for communal meal preparation and enjoyment. The bedrooms are spacious, bright, and functionally designed, with warm tones and wooden details that give the space an authentic Mediterranean character.

The villa is equipped with an air conditioner in the living room, as well as additional air conditioners in both bedrooms, and their use is included in the price of the stay. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the villa. Upon arrival, they will find prepared bed linen and towels on the beds, with no replacements provided during the stay.
