Asprovalta is a small and picturesque village just 70km away from Kavala and Thessaloniki. Its 13km long sandy beach has always attracted the attention of visitors since the time of the famous Alexander the Great, who used the beach for training his cavalry.

The beach is very wide, making it ideal for relaxation and leisure. Here, you can enjoy yourself in one of the many bars, engage in activities such as beach volleyball and tennis, or go for a ride on a jet ski. Asprovalta exudes a Mediterranean spirit, filled with cafes, taverns, and restaurants offering excellent cuisine and music. The pedestrian zone stretches along the beach and is a favorite spot for tourists. The locals are friendly and hospitable, willing to do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Here, you will encounter people from all corners of the world.

The La Vie en Rose apartment is located about 100m from the beach, featuring two bedrooms and a very spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area. Each room has access to two large terraces, a place that everyone surely loves to relax in. The total area of the apartment is 70m including both terraces, with the indoor space being 50m.

The apartment is air-conditioned (with AC in every room), equipped with WiFi internet and a smart TV with cable channels, as well as a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge, two burners and an oven, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

Cleaning of the apartment, as well as changing of towels and bed linens, is done every 3-4 days, in agreement with the guests.

Parking is available on the street, usually with spaces, but a guaranteed parking spot is not provided.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
