Thanks to its functional layout, landscaped yard, and pleasant natural surroundings, this property is a good choice for families and small groups of guests who want a relaxed holiday and easy access to various beaches of Sithonia.
The apartment is on the ground floor and designed to accommodate up to six adults. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, while the living room offers a sofa bed for two people. With separate bedrooms and a practical layout, the apartment provides enough comfort for a family stay or a holiday with friends.
The unit is equipped with amenities that ensure a pleasant and practical stay. Air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature during hot summer days, while WiFi and TV provide information, entertainment, and relaxation. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob with two cooking zones, suitable for preparing light meals and hot drinks. A large refrigerator with a freezer and a toaster complete the basic functionality needed for everyday living.

Sykia is one of the largest and oldest villages in Sithonia, located in the southeastern part of the peninsula between mountain slopes and the Aegean coast. The village has preserved its traditional character, visible in stone houses, narrow streets, and a slower pace of life typical of small towns in northern Greece. Sykia Beach lies a few kilometers from the center and is known for its wide sandy stretch, crystal‑clear water, and gradual sea entry, making it suitable for different categories of visitors. The area also features many smaller coves and beaches that define this part of Sithonia, including some of the most beautiful natural landscapes on the peninsula. In the village itself, guests will find shops, bakeries, taverns, and other facilities important for everyday needs, while Sykia’s location makes it easy to explore numerous beaches and natural attractions of Halkidiki. The accommodation is about 140 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
