Ladikas Apartments is a relatively new accommodation located 250m from the beach. Guests have at their disposal a stone barbecue and a playground for the youngest visitors in the courtyard, and there is also private parking available on the premises.
The offer includes nine apartments and one studio in the village of Golden Beach, about 250m from the beach.
The apartments are spacious, furnished with quality wooden furniture, and can accommodate up to five people. They all have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two in the living room, as well as a pull-out armchair for the fifth person. The studio and two apartments are located on the ground floor, while the remaining apartments are spread over the first and second floors, viewed from the back of the courtyard due to the cascading construction. The studio consists of a double bed and a sofa bed for two.
All accommodation units include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, and WiFi internet. The surface area of most apartments is about 45m2, with three smaller apartments around 35m2. The studio has an area of 30m2.
Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, is done every other day.
The courtyard is paved, with a children’s playground and well-maintained landscaping.
Private parking is provided for guests and is located right in front of the accommodation, at the entrance to the complex. There may not be enough space for all guests in the private parking lot, but you can leave your vehicle next to the accommodation as there is ample space.
To reach this accommodation, if you are coming from Limenas, it is best to turn left towards Golden Beach at the entrance to the village of Panagia. Continue straight and after about 3.5km, you will see Ladikas Apartments on your right.
The nearest store is about 350m away.

The accommodation is beautiful and clean. The regular cleaning and maintenance deserve every praise, as does the kindness of the staff.

The beds in the living room are not particularly comfortable. The cushions should be replaced as they are uncomfortable. Everything else is excellent.
