One of the most popular accommodations for Golden BeachLadikas Apartments is a more-less new accommodation located 250m from the beach. In the yard, guests can use the built-in barbecue and playground for the youngest visitors, as well as private parking.
There are nine apartments and one studio located in Golden Beach, about 250m from the beach.
The apartments are spacious, furnished with quality wooden furniture and can accommodate up to five people. All have a double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa bed for two in the living room, and there is a folding sofa bed for the fifth person. The studio and two apartments are located on the ground floor, while the other apartments are located on the first and second floor. The studio consists of one double bed and a folding sofa bed for two.
All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony, fridge, air conditioning, TV and WiFi internet. The living area of most of the apartments is around 45m2, and there are three smaller apartments whose square footage is about 35m2. The living area in a studio is 30m2.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed every second day.
The yard is tiled, has a playground for children and it is beautifully decorated and maintained.
Private parking is provided to guests and it is located directly in front of the accommodation, at the very entrance to the complex. Private parking is not available for all guests but you can leave the car next to the accommodation, there is enough space.
To get to this accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, the best way is to turn left towards Golden Beach at the entrance to Panagia village. Just keep driving straight and after about 3,5km you will see Ladikas Apartments on your right-hand side.
The closest store is about 350m away.
If you want quality accommodation close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Ladikas Apartments may be a great choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
