The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is designed for up to six adults. The spacious interior is organized to provide guests with enough comfort, with a living room, separate kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. This layout is especially suitable for families or groups who value separate rooms, comfort, and a sense of spaciousness during their holiday. All three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, making the accommodation suitable for guests who want a comfortable space with a clear division between sleeping and shared areas.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Clean bed linen and towels are provided every four days, and guests change them themselves, ensuring a tidier and more pleasant stay during longer holidays.

Two private parking spaces are available within the property, included in the price. This is especially practical for guests arriving by car and planning to explore beaches and nearby places.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
