Efi’s Home is located in a peaceful part of Vourvourou, in a pleasant environment of family houses and Mediterranean greenery. The property is situated about 1.2 km from the nearest beach, although the coast can be reached by a significantly shorter walking path leading through the yard and surrounding estates, so the distance to the sea is about 400 m if you take that way. Efi’s Home provides guests with complete privacy and comfort, making it an excellent choice for families and small groups of friends who seek a peaceful holiday in a natural setting. The special advantages of the accommodation include a large fenced yard, a private veranda, a well-kept outdoor relaxation area with a barbecue, a children’s playground, and sun loungers, as well as very good equipment of the house. With its beautiful interior, numerous amenities, and pleasant atmosphere, Efi’s Home offers all the conditions for a carefree and relaxed summer vacation.

The ground floor house can accommodate up to six adults and consists of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The living room features a large sofa bed suitable for two adults. The interior exudes warmth and a pleasant family atmosphere, with a combination of light walls, wooden ceilings, and carefully selected decorative details creating an authentic Mediterranean ambiance. The living room is spacious, functionally organized, and connected to the dining area. The bedrooms are decorated simply and harmoniously, with practical furniture and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The wooden ceilings further contribute to the warmth of the space and enhance the homely atmosphere throughout the stay.

Upon request, a baby cot can be provided, and its use is included in the stay. This convenience is especially suitable for families with babies and young children, as it allows for a more comfortable stay without the need to carry additional equipment.

The entire property is air-conditioned. There are two air conditioning units in the house, one in each bedroom, and their use is included in the price. Guests have access to free WiFi, a Smart TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The spacious kitchen is separate from the living room and is very well equipped for daily meal preparation. There is a large fridge with a freezer, three standard burners - two large and one small, a small oven, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. Ample work surfaces, numerous kitchen elements, and enough storage space allow for easy and organized use of the kitchen. Thanks to its excellent equipment, guests can easily prepare all meals during their stay, from morning coffee and breakfast to complete family lunches and dinners.

In front of the house, there is a covered private veranda with a seating set and a dining table, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or relaxing in the shade during hot summer days. The house overlooks the landscaped yard and surrounding greenery, with a distant view of the mountains. Guests have access to a large fenced yard with well-kept lawns and other Mediterranean plants that provide natural shade for most of the day. The yard features two sun loungers, a seating set, an outdoor shower, a private built-in barbecue, and a children’s playground with swings, making this space particularly suitable for families with children. The peaceful environment and spacious yard allow guests to spend most of the day outdoors, enjoying nature and privacy.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the house, and upon arrival, they will find prepared bed linen and towels in the accommodation. For reservations longer than ten days, the owners can arrange a change of bed linen and towels halfway through the stay, while for stays shorter than ten days, guests have access to a spare set of bed linen and towels that they can replace themselves.

Guests have access to private parking in the yard, with ample space for parking multiple cars. The use of parking is included in the stay.

The center of Vourvourou with restaurants, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, and other amenities is just a few minutes’ drive away. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki International Airport, approximately 102 km away, allowing guests arriving from afar to quickly reach the accommodation.
