Villa Tatiana is beautifully designed to incorporate traditional features, such as local stone, Byzantine roof tiles and Venetian arches. Bathed in light, elegantly-minimal decorated in neutral tones and dotted with decorative art, this luxury villa enjoys amazing sea views and the most secluded location imaginable.
The main two storey-house of almost 185 sqm features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living-dinning room, fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry and a storage-room.
The generous outdoor living-dining areas, amongst the olive groves, the unparalleled views to the Ionian Sea, equally stunning from all rooms, the dazzling infinity pool and the outdoor Jacuzzi, invite you to laze away the time with your family and friends. At night, the fragrance from the surrounding nature, along with panoramic vistas of the coastline and a moonlit path on the sea, is simply magical.
San Stefano village with its intimate atmosphere and superb beaches at Kerasia are within easy reach, while Avlaki with sailing- windsurfing and water sport facilities, Agni with excellent taverns and Kassiopi with its lively nightlife are a short drive away on the coastal road.

- Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
