Iris Maisonettes & Studios is an accommodation in Skala Potamia ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends seeking a balance between comfort and quality. It is located approximately 300m from the beach and the center of the village.
The offer includes two ground floor studios and two maisonettes on the upper floor.
Studio Iris I (30m2) is for two people and contains a double bed. Studio Iris II (30m2) has a double and two single beds and is intended for a family with two children. These studios are suitable for people with disabilities.
The maisonettes (70m2) occupy the first and second floor. Both can accommodate up to six people, four adults and two children. They have two bedrooms on the upper level, as well as one bathroom, while on the lower level there is a living room with a kitchen and another bathroom. They each have a double bed in the bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. They have three air conditioners and a washing machine.
All units are air-conditioned and include a TV, Wi-Fi internet, and a hairdryer. A baby cot is available upon request. The kitchens are equipped differently - the maisonettes have a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and an oven, and maisonette Iris I also has a microwave oven. The four-bed studio Iris II has a small fridge and a stove with two burners, while the two-bed studio Iris I has a large fridge and one burner.
The studios have a seating area in front of the entrance, while the maisonettes have two balconies each. They overlook the courtyard and the mountains, and from the second floor, the sea can be seen in the distance.
The courtyard is fenced and nicely landscaped, with a shared barbecue. There is also a common seating area under a tree that provides natural shade.
Guests can park in front of the accommodation. Pets are allowed upon request.
Towel and linen change is done every three days. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay.
The nearest store and bakery are a five-minute walk away.
Iris Maisonettes & Studios is an excellent choice for those looking for decent accommodation in a peaceful location, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.
