Hotel Description

Ilion Studios is a new accommodation in the center of Asprovalta, just 100m from the beach. It offers seven studios and two apartments, for 2-4 persons. The main advantages of the accommodation are the modernly decorated and clean units and the proximity to all the amenities this place has to offer.

The nearest bakery is at 20m, the nearest market at 50m, and the nearest restaurant at 80m from the accommodation. At 80m there is a playground for children.

All units are air-conditioned (the apartments have two air conditioners) and have internet, a TV, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The kitchen has a small refrigerator with a freezer and a hob with one or two rings.

A baby cot and a feeding chair can be provided upon request at the time of booking, and you can request an iron from the owner on the spot when you need it.

Studio Dream is located on the front of the property. It can accommodate three people. It has one double bed and one single bed. There is no space for a baby cot in this studio.

Studio Passion is located on the front of the property. It can accommodate three people. It has one double bed and one single bed.

The Dream and Passion studios have terraces with awnings.

Studio Faith is located at the back of the property. It can accommodate four people. It has one double bed and two single beds.

Studio Hope is located at the back of the property. It can accommodate four people. It has one double bed and two single beds.

Studio Aeiphoria is located at the back of the property. It’s on the ground, but it’s a little specific. Its entrance is from the hallway from which other studios enter, but not on the same level. You go five steps upwards and then go down five steps. The capacity is two adults and one child. It has one double bed and one single bed.

The bathrooms of all these units have shower trays without curtains.

The Faith, Hope and Aeiphoria studios go out into the common courtyard, which has tables and chairs to sit on, as well as a faucet.

During the stay, the guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the units, and towels and linen are changed every five days.

Parking is provided for guests of the accommodation, which is located 200m from the accommodation, at the end of the street.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
