Marathes Studios, Kathisma Beach, Lefkada

Accommodation description

Marathes Studios are located approximately 1.5km from the fantastic Kathisma beach, offering the possibility of staying near one of the most attractive beaches in Lefkada. Guests have access to neatly and quality equipped rooms, with reliable service and a high level of cleanliness.

The nearest store and bakery are located about 1km away from Agios Nikitas.

The Marathes property consists of three double (20m2) studios with one queen or two single beds, on the first floor, and two triple studios (20m2) with one queen and one single bed, also on the first floor. There is also a slightly more spacious double studio (22m2) on the high ground floor level, with a private sitting area. This particular studio is facing the street, or the main road, so occasional traffic noise may be present.

The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV, internet access, and a hairdryer. Only one double studio has a partial sea view, while the other units face the street. Kitchens in all units are equipped with an induction hob with four burners, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a small oven. Double studio No.6 and another double studio have a shower cabin, while other units have a bathtub with glass and curtain.

A baby cot is available upon request.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day of the stay.

Guests have access to parking within the property. The courtyard is furnished with a seating set and a children’s playground. For additional guest safety, the courtyard is covered by video surveillance, and the accommodation units are equipped with smoke detectors.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The stay is complemented by numerous carefully thought out details. Upon arrival, guests are offered a small refreshment, including sweets and refreshments in the fridge, while a specially created book with useful information about the property, its amenities, and the surroundings awaits them in the accommodation. A first aid kit is provided for additional guest safety. There is also a self-check-in option available.

The property is very beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. We had a great stay, and at our disposal there was a welcome basket, water, and coffee capsules. In addition, there is a beach umbrella, a hair dryer, and kitchen utensils.
