Villa Micon Bungalows represents an excellent choice for larger families and groups who wish to vacation together while still having enough space and privacy. The complex consists of two adjacent bungalows that are rented as a whole, which is a rarity in Skala Sotiros and an ideal solution for two families or a group of friends.

Situated just 120 meters from the sandy beach, the villa allows you to reach the sea in less than a minute of leisurely walking. The beach is well-maintained, with a gradual entry into the sea, making it particularly suitable for families with children. Nearby, there are restaurants, cafes, markets, and a pharmacy, so you will hardly need a car during your vacation.

The property is located on a fenced private plot that provides guests with peace, security, and a pleasant environment for relaxation. The two bungalows are situated side by side, allowing everyone to be together while still having separate sleeping and living areas. This layout is very convenient for larger groups who want to spend time together while also preserving their privacy.

The total capacity of the accommodation is up to 11 people.

The first bungalow can accommodate up to six guests. It features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, while in the living area with a kitchen, there are two additional sofa beds for one person each. All rooms are air-conditioned, free Wi-Fi is available, and guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a spacious covered terrace, ideal for relaxing during warm summer days.

The second bungalow is designed for up to five people. It has two separate bedrooms with double beds, and one room also has an additional folding bed. Guests have air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with a toilet, and a summer kitchen equipped with all the basic appliances needed for meal preparation.

For stays of up to 7 days, we provide a towel change only. For stays longer than 7 days, we change both the towels and the bed linen. Daily housekeeping is not included.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. 85% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
