Halkidiki Holidays Studios is the accommodation on the beach, at the entrance to Nea Potidea from the direction of Thessaloniki. It has 10 small but clean studios for 2-4 people. Kindness and help of the owner, Mr. Angelos, is something for which you will remember your vacation.
Nea Potidea is about 1,8 km away and it can be reached on foot or by car. The center is at about 1,5 km away, where you can find supermarket, pharmacy and private medical clinic, while the hospital is located in Nea Moudania (7 km).
The accommodation was built in 2011 and consists of two ground-floor small buildings. In the first, there are a total of six studies, four are facing the sea, and two are facing the backyard. The second building is set lateral towards the sea and it is completely behind the first one (no sea view), and it offers four studios.
The studios in the first building are small, they have one double bed and a small kitchen. Their bathroom is also small (with shower curb), but very functional.
Sea-view studios (A1, A2, A3 and A4) are the same, they have one double bed and a double sofa bed. These studios have porches (on the sides partitioned) with a table, chairs and two sun loungers.
Studios in the back are slightly bigger and have one double bed and a double sofa bed. Studio D1 has two double bunk beds, there is no sink, but only a refrigerator, while the studios B1 and B2 have enclosed terraces/verandas.
In the front yard, there is a mini-stove with oven, wood stove, grill, large fridge to cool the watermelon or store a large amount of food, as well as several tables with chairs (above them is an awning) for dining and socializing. There’s also a gas cooker with two large burners. In the backyard, there is also a grill, large fridge for food, water and fruits (though each studio has a refrigerator), as well as a dining table. All guests can use the barbecue in the front yard.
Each studio has a TV and internet, a hairdryer can be obtained if needed and guests can use the washing machine. All studios except D1 have a kitchen and air conditioning (additionally charged), though cooking is more convenient in the outside kitchen. All guests will get an anti-mosquito device, and each studio has two sun loungers and a beach umbrella.
Guests will receive clean towels and bed linen after five days and maintain the hygiene in the studios by themselves.
There is a shower available in the courtyard.
Guests have access to free parking right along the street in front of the accommodation.
The beach is long, sandy on the coast, with the stones in water in the first few meters and with the sand after that. On the beach, there are bars with sun loungers and parasols available with a drink.
Before the bridge on the channel and after the big luxury hotel Pomegranate, turn to the right and drive all the way to the channel. Turn left and drive along the canal towards the sea, then continue left along the beach till you reach the fifth beach bar in a row (one part of the road is clay).
Halkidiki Holidays Studios is very modest accommodation only for non demanding guests and all those who spend most of the day on the beach.
