There are two new and modern units on the ground floor - quadruple studio and apartment, ideal for guests looking for privacy and peace. The owners live up the stairs, they’re kind and unobtrusive always ready to help.
The center is 700m away, the nearest supermarket and bakery are at 400m, and the nearest restaurant is 170m away.
The studio (30m2) is air-conditioned, with one double and a sofa bed for two, internet, TV, porch, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, hot plates, toaster, electric kettle and dishes, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. Baby cot and feeding chair are available on request.
From the season 2022 there is and one apartment (40m2).
Cleaning, as well as towels and linen replacement, is performed every four days.
In front of the studio is a large seating area overlooking the courtyard and the city, and in the courtyard there is a fountain with a hose.
There’s no private parking, so guests can park their vehicles on the street.
The nearby beach is wide and sandy. In that part, the closest to the accommodation, there is a beach bar, where can you order food, a playground and a tavern, and there are other taverns around, which are not on the beach, but are very close.
