Kseynasa Suites is a quality newly built accommodation with a swimming pool in Nikiti. It has comfortable and bright accommodation units, modernly equipped with comfortable and functional furniture. Hygiene is at a high level, and the friendly staff will make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.
The complex is about 700m away from the beautiful sandy city beach, and the town center and promenade with many traditional taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, tourist shops and souvenir shops are about 1km away. The well-stocked discount store of the famous Masoutis chain is about 300m away, and Lidl and the bakery are about 600m away.
It offers studios and apartments that can accommodate 3-5 people.
Deluxe three-bed studios may be with yard view, or with direct access to the pool. They have a double bed and a folding sofa bed. These accommodation units are located on the ground floor. The four-bed Executive studios consist of two levels, and may be with yard or pool view. On the lower level, within the room with the kitchen, they have a folding sofa bed, and on the upper level, there is a double bed. These accommodation units are located on the first floor. Apartment “Kseynasa” in the living room with kitchen has a sofa bed, and in a separate bedroom there is a double bed. This accommodation unit is located on the first floor, and overlooks the pool and the yard.
All accommodation units feature a small kitchenette equipped with a built-in hob with two hot plates, a microwave, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathrooms have a glass shower cabin, hot water 24⁄7, and a hair dryer. Upstairs accommodation has standard balconies equipped with table and chairs, and those on the ground floor also have furnished verandas in front of the entrance.
Accommodation units are air conditioned, have WiFi internet, satellite TV, mosquito nets and safety deposit box. A baby cot is available on request.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The yard of the complex is fenced, and in front of the building there is a swimming pool with deck chairs, the use of which is included in the price. Private parking lot is not provided, but guests can easily park their vehicles next to and around the accommodation.
If you are coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, the easiest way to find the facility is to turn from the main highway into Nikiti to the second street on the right after passing Masoutis.
