Aggelina House is located in a peaceful area, less than 100 meters from the beautiful sandy Pigadaki Beach. In front of the house, there is a parking area, toys for children, and a shared terrace with a stunning sea view. The owners are discreet and always available for any assistance.
The house is situated on a small hill, and the beach is accessible via a pathway between other houses. The beach is 70 meters away, sandy, with shallow waters and crystal-clear water. Nearby, you’ll find several taverns. A van selling fresh fruits and vegetables passes by the street next to the beach daily. The nearest grocery store is on the main road (2.4 km away), while a bakery is located about 1.6 km from the house.
The accommodation consists of two four-bed studios, one triple studio, and one double studio. The four-bed studios are on the first floor, the double studio is on the elevated ground floor, and the triple studio is on the ground floor.
Triple Studio No. 1 features one standard double bed and an additional slightly narrower double bed. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a stovetop, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, and the terrace is furnished with a seating set, overlooking the yard and parking area.
Four-bed Studio No. 3 has one double bed and bunk beds, while Studio No. 2 has one standard double bed and another slightly narrower double bed. The kitchens are equipped with basic utensils, a stovetop, and a small refrigerator, except for Studio No. 2, which has a large refrigerator. All bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. All studios have a shared terrace with seating and a side view of the sea.
Double Studio No. 6 is located in a separate building next to the other studios. It features a double bed, while the bathroom is in a separate room next door, requiring guests to step out onto the balcony to access it. The kitchen is very small, equipped with two burners and a small refrigerator, and is located on the balcony. The balcony offers a view of the surrounding hills and a partial sea view and includes a table and chairs.
The studios are air-conditioned and have mosquito nets, a TV, and internet access. If needed, the owner can provide a baby cot and a high chair. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days, and a washing machine is available for an additional fee.
In the small courtyard, there is a shower and a barbecue. A shared terrace with comfortable seating and a sea view is also available. There is ample parking space in front of the house.
Aggelina House is easy to find. After turning off the main road toward Sykia Beach, continue straight until you reach a fork in the road. The left road leads to Sykia Beach, while the right road goes uphill toward Pigadaki Beach. Pass the first cove, and just before Pigadaki Beach, you will see a road on the right leading uphill with a sign directing you to the house. Aggelina House is located at the end of that street.
This house is ideal for families with children who prefer to stay close to a good beach rather than changing locations every day. The surroundings are peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax.
