Xrysa’s Sea View House 2 is located in a very nicely arranged, private complex in Nikiti, next to the beach. It’s a partially renovated and comfortable apartment, functional and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
From the beach it is separated only by the street, the nearest bakery and grocery market are at about 450m, while the large supermarket Masoutis is about 750m away. The beach in front of the apartment is sandy, with pebbles in the first few meters in the sea. Also, next to the complex there’s a beach bar with sunbeds and beach umbrellas.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the sea, and it can accommodate five adults maximum. It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen (stove with induction hob, large fridge with freezer, brand new dishes, cutlery, food processor, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker), two bedrooms (in one is a double and in the second one are two single beds) and bathroom. There are a sofa bed and a TV set in the living room and the bathroom has a shower tray with curtain and a new washing machine.
Amenities include wireless internet, a playpen and baby chair, hairdryer, iron, two air-conditioners, mosquito nets are on the windows and balcony doors and private parking. The owners will leave a set of linen and towels to replace, and guests are in charge of maintenance and hygiene.
The courtyard on the front of the complex has a nice lawn, it’s enclosed and safe and a perfect place for children to play and adults to socialize. In front of the entrance, there’s a porch with a beautiful sea view, awning, seating area and a drying rack. In the backside, there’s a barbecue and another covered porch with a seating area.
Turn off the main road to Nikiti at the supermarket Masoutis, and head straight to the popular bar on the coast called Vertigo. This accommodation is located above the bar.
Xrysa’s Sea View House 2 is a great choice for families who’d like to spend summer vacation near the beach and promenade, in a quality accommodation with complete comfort and privacy.
