Stelitsa House is a completely renovated (2020) and modernly equipped facility located in a quiet part of Sarti, close to the center and the beach.
The building is at a distance of about 60m from the town’s sandy beach, and the nearest tavern is about 50m away.
It offers one double studio (20m2), eleven triple studios (20m2) and one quintuple apartment (40m2). Triple studios are also rented as double ones.
The studios are located on the first and second floor. Triple studios are equipped with a double bed and a single bed, while double studios have a double bed. They also have a balcony overlooking the street. The apartment is semi-based and one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. It also has a private sitting area in front of the entrance as well as two air conditioners.
The kitchen is the same everywhere, it has an induction hob, a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a cooker and all the necessary dishes. All accommodation units have only tiles in the bathroom without shower tray, they are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, TV, internet and a hair dryer.
Changing of bed linen and towels as well as cleaning are done every four days, and the stay of pets is not allowed.
The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but you can park your car on the street in front of the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, take the second street on the left after entering Sarti. Continue straight and turn left into the eighth street and drive straight for another 240m and then turn right. You will see the accommodation on your left.
If you are looking for modern accommodation and it is important for you to be close to the center and the beach, but also to have your own peace, then Stelitsa House is the right choice.
