The accommodation is located between Toroni and Neos Marmaras, more precisely 12 km from Neos Marmaras. The nearest restaurant is the Panos tavern, which is widely known for its fish specialties, and is about 2 km away, while the nearest markets are in Neos Marmaras. The sandy beach is right in front of the accommodation, several steps lead to it.
Accommodation offers five smaller studios (no. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; 25 m2) and one larger one (no. 6; 50 m2). Three studios (no. 1, 2 and 3) are located on the first floor, and the other three (no. 4, 5 and 6) on the second floor.
Double studios no. 2, 3 and 5 each have a double bed, while studio no. 1 and 4 have one double bed and one bed for one person.
Four-bed studio no. 6 has one double bed, one single bed and a sofa.
All units have a kitchen, which is equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an induction plate or a stove with two burners, a kettle, a coffee machine and the necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. In front of each studio is an exit to a common terrace, with a direct view of the sea, which is not physically separated, but each unit has its own tables and chairs.
All studios are air-conditioned and have TV and free Wi-Fi internet. Towels and bed linen are changed and the accommodation is cleaned every three days.
In the beautiful yard guests have deckchairs and seating, as well as a barbecue. The accommodation has its own private parking.
