Hotel Description

Eleni Pansion is a pet-friendly accommodation in the center of Ammouliani, with eight triple studios and one quadruple duplex apartment. It’s close to all amenities this place has to offer and at 200m, near the port, there’s a small sandy beach. Guests also have two grills available, built and portable.

The nearest large and organized beach is about 1,5km away, a bakery is at 20m and the nearest market and restaurant are 50m away.

Studios (25m2) are on the first floor, four in the front and four in the backside. All have one double and a single bed. Guests in the backside (No. 5, 6, 7 and 8) use a small yard instead of a terrace.

The apartment (45m2) is located on the second floor. It has one double i.e. three single beds in two bedrooms. The double bed and two single beds are located in two bedrooms, while the third single bed is located in the hallway. The bedrooms have access to the terrace and the kitchen has not. A TV set is in one of the bedrooms.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, shower tray with a curtain in the bathroom (exept apartment), terrace with awning (except studios that use the yard), mosquito nets, hairdryer and a kitchen equipped with necessary utensils, two hot plates and a refrigerator (studios have small, and the apartment has large refrigerator). Laundry service is available and additionally charged.

Cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen replacement, is performed after three days.

They have no private parking, so guests can park close by.

An excellent location that is easily accessible right after disembarking from the ferry. Friendly hosts and tidy accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
