Hotel Description

Nissos Rooms is a recently built accommodation (operating from 2015), located on the Ammoulani island. The accommodation can accommodate up to three people, they’re nicely arranged, comfortable and clean. The property is located in a quiet environment, yet close to the center, so evening facilities are easily accessible.

The beach and the center are about 300m away, the nearest market is at 100m, the bakery is at 50m, while the nearest restaurant is less than 100m away.

They offer nine rooms, four double (15-17m2) and five triple (20m2), with several rooms having a side sea view.

The rooms are air-conditioned, have internet access (own router), TV, terrace with tumble dryer, mosquito nets, small fridge, electric kettle (other cookware is strictly forbidden!), coffee mashine, safe box and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Baby cot is available with a mandatory request.

Bed linen and towels are replaced after two days, while cleaning is performed every day.

Amenities include a reception and an elevator.

There’s no private parking, so guests can park their vehicles nearby.

Nissos Rooms is a great choice for couples and small families who prefer new accommodation close to the center and the vast array of amenities this lovely island has to offer.

Stays for persons younger than 5 years are not approved.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
