Hotel Description

Patriko Apartments is a new accommodation (2015) not far from the center of Jerisos. It has three modernly equipped accommodation units on the ground floor for two adults and two children or four adults. Facilities include a barbecue in a fenced and covered area, with wooden seating, so the accommodation is safe for the youngest and great for socializing. Guests are welcome all year round.

The center of Jerisos with restaurants and taverns is 50-100m away, the nearest supermarket and bakery are about 150m away, and the sandy beach is about 400m away.

Apartments Dimitra (27m2), Katerina (30m2) and Elena (30m2) have a bedroom with one double bed, a kitchen with one sofa bed (size of a double bed) and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, an equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle and a toaster, mosquito nets, a hair dryer and a clothes dryer. They do not have verandas, but a fenced common area (the gate can be locked), which makes this facility safe for children. In front of each accommodation unit there is a table with chairs.

Guests take care of the cleanliness of the studios and apartments themselves, and bed linen and towels are provided for five days.

The reception is on duty several hours a day.

They don’t have private parking, so guests park in the immediate vicinity.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
