Our description
Patriko Apartments is a new accommodation (2015) not far from the center of Ierissos. It has four modernly furnished ground-floor units for two adults and three children or four adults. Amenities include a barbecue in an enclosed and covered area with wooden seating sets, making the accommodation safe for the youngest and great for socializing. Guests are welcome throughout the year.
The center of Ierissos with restaurants and taverns is 50-100m away, the nearest supermarket and bakery are at about 150m, and a sandy beach is about 400m away.
Apartments Dimitra (27m2), Katerina (30m2) and Elena (30m2) have a bedroom with one double bed, a kitchen with one double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Studio Maria (27m2) has one double and two bunk beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, an equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and toaster, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a tumble dryer. They have no porches, but an enclosed common area (the gate is locked), which makes this facility safe for children. There's a table with chairs in front of each accommodation unit.
The guests themselves take care of the cleanliness of the studios and apartments, while bed linen and towels are replaced every four days.
Reception is open for several hours a day.
There's no private parking, so guests can park nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
