When you enter the wooden door of the charming garden in “Armenos Villas”, you feel the warmth and the true meaning of hospitality!
The two-storey building is totally adjusted to the architectural tradition of the area and built from traditional materials, local stone, wood and traditional decoration.
All residences and villas of “Armenos Villas” offer private entrance and private balcony. They include fully equipped kitchens with all necessary electrical devices and kitchenware, air conditioning, satellite flat-screen tv in all areas, free wireless internet in all rooms, safe deposit, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, slippers, makeup amenities.
Deluxe 2 Bedrooms Villa
There are 2 types of deluxe villas that offer 68m2 and 2 bedrooms, split in 3 levels and can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old.
The one deluxe villa includes porsellanato floor that scents the wood “warmth” in the seating area and a petrol-blue sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is “dressed” with modern black-white tiles. All required electrical devices and kitchenware are provided.
The bedroom features double bed with bed linen in earth tones and curtains in red colorations.
The attic has 3 single beds –the two are joined- while the bathroom is fitted with spa bath. There is an additional wc.
The second type of deluxe 2 bedroom villa keeps the same style. The bedroom combines the earth tones with blue details. The attic features 3 single beds, two of them are joined.
The bathrooms include mosaic tiles, stable spa shower and hair dryer.
The deluxe villas offer air conditioning, cable tv, safe deposit, free wireless Internet in all rooms, slippers, bath amenities, soft towels, hair dryer, outdoor dining area and 2 balconies – in the ground floor and the 1st floor etc.
Deluxe 1 Bedroom Villa
The split-level deluxe residences are 45m2. They can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old.
The deluxe residences offer porsellanato floors that scent the wood “warmth”, fully equipped kitchens and comfortable sofas.
The bathrooms include mosaic tiles, hair dryer, bath amenities and all required equipment to assure your pleasant stay.
Executive 1 Bedroom Residence
The executive residences are 47m2 and offer earth tones, 1 bedroom with four-poster double bed and porsellanato floor that scents the wood “warmth”.
The detached, fully equipped kitchen includes electrical devices, kitchenware, porsellanato floor, modern black-white tiles and a green-colored sofa that can be converted into double bed.
The deluxe residence is fitted with satellite flat-screen tv, air conditioning, wireless and wired Internet, hair dryer, safe deposit, slippers, bath amenities and soft towels. The residence can accommodate up to 3 adults.
Superior 1 Bedroom Residence
The superior residences are 49m2 and offer modern decoration with wooden details, 1 bedroom with high quality bed linen in earth tones.
The detached, fully equipped kitchen features porsellanato floor that scents the wood “warmth” and is “dressed” with modern black-white tiles. Electrical devices and kitchenware are provided.
The superior residence includes satellite flat-screen tv, air conditioning, free wireless and wired Internet, hair dryer, safe deposit, slippers, bath amenities and soft towels. The residence can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobro vece, zanima me raspoloživost u periodu 30.06-14.07. za 2 odraslih i 3 dece (7, 5 i 5 god). Napomena samo da datumi ne moraju biti fiksni, a broj nocenja moze biti 10-14 nocenja. Hvala
