What can I say that hasn't already been said? We rarely return twice, yet we will surely come back to Armenos Villas.

We spent our vacation here in July, and I can only express my gratitude to everyone who ensures that you have everything you need during your stay at Armenos Villas. The apartments were impeccably clean, as was the courtyard, and there was ample shaded parking space. We will definitely return.

We were pleasantly surprised by this small town, which, despite its size, is rich in content and absolutely delightful, far from the tourist beaches and promenades, exuding hospitality, kindness, and warmth. The gyros was excellent, the cocktails exceptional, the American restaurant, the Serbian bakery... we had a fantastic time! The accommodation consists of two complexes: an older building that is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and a new structure where we stayed, which is perfect, clean, and functional. The apartment spans three levels, featuring two bathrooms, three air conditioning units, three TVs, impeccably functioning Wi-Fi, unlimited hot water, and two terraces. A bottle of wine awaits you in the fridge, along with a fully stocked fridge of cold water bottles and chocolates in every room. The modern design with retro details provides a complete atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. When you sleep sweetly in the comfort of a hotel room, it means the accommodation is a perfect hit!!! The villa is literally a few minutes from a beach that is decent, not overly crowded during peak season, and a complete set of sunbeds costs 5 euros (something we haven't experienced until now), and the surrounding beaches, which are interesting, can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car, making it an ideal place for families with children. We highly recommend both the town and this apartment complex!!!

Armenos Vilas is a phenomenal accommodation, designed to high standards. It is clean and regularly maintained. It is precisely what you need if the quality of your sleep matters to you, rather than just the beach and sand. Regarding the beach and its proximity, it is closer than we had anticipated. This is a place where you arrive, park your car in your designated spot under the awning, and enjoy until it is time to return home.

The villa is exceptionally beautiful, and great care is taken regarding cleanliness. Each guest has designated parking for their car, it is close to the beach, and the courtyard is lovely and perfect for relaxation. The landlady is extremely kind and approachable. I highly recommend it.

Accommodation in a prime location, maximum cleanliness, parking provided. Rating 9. Highly recommended. Not suitable for families with small children as it is spread over two levels and has many stairs. The kitchen and living room are small. The TV is small.

We were three families accommodated in the apartments. They are spacious, modern, and of high quality construction, with a cooling unit on each floor. I won’t enumerate all the items available in the kitchen; I will simply state that you have everything you need, and even more. The beds are comfortable for sleeping, even for someone as tall as I am (2 meters). The mattress is medium to medium-hard, providing excellent support while sleeping. We were welcomed with cold bottled water in the fridge, along with their own wine and cipura, and some sweets for the children. The hygiene of the apartments and the premises is absolutely the best we have encountered so far in Greece. The yard is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast, and after 5 PM, there is a lovely shade where you can enjoy your time until bedtime. Additionally, there are umbrellas for the time in between. The host is very polite and helpful, ensuring that everything runs perfectly, yet you won’t notice her presence as she does not interfere with your activities. The accommodation is perfectly located, just 200 meters straight to the beach, with only one not-so-busy street to cross. The location is quiet and offers you a pleasant rest in the evening. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. It has set exceptionally high standards for our future stays in Greece.

Cleanliness and tidiness are of a high standard, both in the rooms and in the villa's courtyard. The very kind, unobtrusive, and accommodating Mrs. Eleni is always at the guests' service. Everything stated in the description of the accommodation has been honored, and the amenities are commendable. The city beach, which is quite lovely, is located very close by. The accommodation units are on two or three levels, so families with very young children should take this into consideration for practicality.

The villa is situated in an excellent location, close to the beach, bakery, and restaurants, with no noise from cars or similar disturbances. The apartments are arranged over two levels and are beautifully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities (sufficient cookware, iron, hairdryer...). The apartments are cleaned every third night, including the change of bed linens and towels. The villa's yard is nicely landscaped, and a significant advantage is the private parking. The owner is very kind. However, a major drawback of the apartment we stayed in (superior 5-person) is that the sleeping area is located in the basement, where dampness is noticeable. Throughout our stay, we felt that the belongings and linens were damp. Due to the stairs, the accommodation may pose a problem for parents with children under the age of 4. Overall, for this price, better accommodation can be found in Jerisos.

The courtyard is also tidy, adorned with lovely details. We stayed in a three-level apartment, where the second and third levels house the bedrooms, stacked one above the other, with a terrace in the room on the third level overlooking the bedroom on the second level.
