Description
Relax House is located in Ierissos, right across the port. The part where people can swim is 300m away.
It is a house on the ground floor of 54m2 with one bedroom, living room and kitchen.
There is one double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is another double bed and two single beds. In the kitchen, which is not separated by a door, there is a sofa intended for one person. It is possible to add a ranch bed. This accommodation is designed for eight people.It has WI-FI, TV, fans in every room, mosquito nets and also a hair dryer on previous request.
The kitchen has a large oven with four rings, a large fridge with freezer in the kitchen and another same fridge in the other room, a toaster and a kettle. A microwave as well as a coffee machine can be requested from the owner.
The bathroom has a shower with a partition.
In the fenced yard with a view of the harbor, there is a summerhouse with chairs and tables, as well as a clothes dryer. There is also a large veranda where guests can also sit and relax.
Guests take care of cleaning themselves. There is another clean set of bed linen and towels is provided during their stay.
It is possible to provide a baby cot upon prior request.
Parking is on the street, in front of the house.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
