Ierissos Sea View Apartment is located in the popular tourist destination of Ierissos, on the third peninsula of Halkidiki.
The apartment, situated on the first floor of the building, designed to accommodate up to six people, features a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate WC. One of the bedrooms in this apartment has a double bed, while the other has two joined single beds, and the living room includes two sofas (not folding).
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob, a large oven, a big fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the balcony furnished with seating and a partial sea view.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and with an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an extra set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves. A mandatory cleaning fee applies to all reservations.
Although parking is not provided for guests, there is always free parking available on the street near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
