Description
Nautilus Maisonette is part of a private complex in Ierissos, the most popular tourist destination on the eastern coast of the third peninsula of Halkidiki, 80m from the nearest sandy beach, while being 5km away from the town center and the city beach.
This apartment, which is structured as a maisonette on two levels, contains two bedrooms and is intended for accommodation of up to seven people. On the first level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, including a sofa for two people and a folding armchair, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower without a curtain. From the first level, you descend to the semi-basement where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet.
Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.
It is necessary to emphasize that the house is not air-conditioned and only fans are available upon request. Guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine.
Guests can spend warm summer days, overlooking the sea, on the balcony equipped with seating furniture.
In the courtyard, guests have access to a gazebo with a table and chairs.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon request and for an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them. All reservations require a mandatory cleaning fee.
There is parking available for guests within the complex.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
