Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Adam Sea View Villa is located in the coastal town of Jerisos, the most popular tourist destination on Mount Athos. This comfortable property is the perfect choice for a family vacation, situated just 120 meters from the beautiful sandy beach with turquoise sea.
The accommodation unit is a maisonette spread over three levels, able to accommodate 12 adults and two children. On the first level, on the high ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. On the third level, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom.
Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests at no extra cost.
Each room of this accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi internet, and a TV in the living rooms, as well as a washing machine. The two fully equipped kitchens include a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
From the veranda and balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy a view of the sea and the well-maintained garden. It is an ideal place for relaxation or preparing barbecues with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation upon agreement with the owner. Guests staying with their pets are required to pay a deposit, which is refundable upon check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as received.
Guests arrive at a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Towels and bed linen are provided but are not changed during the stay.
Private parking is not available, but free parking can be found nearby the property.
