Description
Ioannis Apartments is the accommodation on the ground floor of the villa with the same name, in the most attractive part of Leptokarya, above the church, 30m from the city center and about 450m away from the beach.
We offer one quadruple and one quintuple apartment, both same size (50m2).
The quadruple apartment has two single beds in the bedroom, i.e. one double bed in the room with the kitchen. One auxiliary bed can also be added here.
The quintuple apartment has two single beds in the bedroom,i.e. one double and a single bed in the room with the kitchen.
Apartments have a kitchenette with basic dishes for the intended number of persons, a fridge and a hot plate with two rings, bathroom with a toilet, TV, air conditioning, free WiFi internet and a spacious terrace with seating furniture.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zdravo. Zanima me ovaj apartman u periodu od 07.08. do 14.08. Dve odrasle osobe i troje dece od 2,4 i 6 godina. Hvala

Nama je potreban petokrevetni apartman ili četvorokrevetni sa dodatkom još jednog ležaja. MI bismo večeras krenuli I od sutra bismo bili kod vas. Pozdrav!
