Home Lemon Tree is a complex of 7 Apartments. These Apartments are located in Nea Roda, Halkidiki, about 500
meters from the beach. The apartments are located near the center of the village. There are all the shops around 50-100 meters away. There are supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies for your needs while you will find cafes, bars, Beach Bar clubs and restaurants near the beach. In all the Apartments there is a balcony with a nice sea view.All Apartments are spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room-kitchen with a single bed and a sofa that becomes a bed. If necessary, an extra single bed can be added. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and everything a household needs. Finally, the apartments have a private bathroom, a TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 20% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Od kako letujemo u Grckoj nismo sreli ljubazniju domacicu. Dimitra je divna zena, i za sve uvek tu. Osecali smo se kao kod svoje kuce. Jedan od najlepših smeštaja u kojem smo boravili za sve ove godine. Bili smo u app s pogledom na more. Savrseno! Sve je cisto, uredno, posteljina i peskiri se menjaju na tri dana, po potrebi moze i cesce, Dimitra je to. Klime, tv, opremljena kuhinja, predivna terasa... i ono sto daje car su ti mali sitni detalji svecnjaci, ogledala, ukrasi, lampe koje necete imati u svakom smestaju. Prvi put smo bili malo dalje od plaze, 10-15 min hoda, ali nije bilo problema za parkiranje, a kolima stizete gde god zelite. Nea Roda nije velika, sve ima i sve je nekako tu... Vraticemo se opet :)

Poštovani, treba mi smeštaj u Nea Rodi počev od 12jula do 22jula. Porodica 2 odrasle osobe i dva deteta: prvo dete 13g. drugo dete 6g.
