Owners description
Magda apartments are new, modern, comfortable and clean apartments in the beautiful Nea Rodi, built in 2019. Accommodation is located next to the supermarket (4m), while 20m away are butcher and bakery. The sea is only 4 minutes walk (about 150m), so you don't need a car.
Four bed apartment (32m2) consists of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with living room and balcony. The bedroom has a double bed, while the modern and comfortable living room has a sofa bed the size of a double bed.
The two-bedroom apartment (42m2) can accommodate up to six people. It has two bedrooms (each with a double bed), bathroom, kitchen with living room (sofa bed) and balcony.
Both apartments are located on the high ground floor (five steps above), air conditioned and have a TV, hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets and WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, necessary utensils for dining and preparing meals, as well as a kettle, toaster and coffee maker (espresso machine in duplex).
When it comes to hygiene, after four nights, cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done according to the agreement with the owner, or the wishes of the guest.
Guests can park on the street in front of the property.
If by any chance the guests arrive earlier or their departure is later, they can easily leave their luggage in the accommodation until the moment of entry, ie. departure.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Odlična lokacija na boljem delu Nea Rode (ravniji) i u neposrednoj blizini marketa i mesare.sveža riba se može kupiti svakog dana od 10-12 odmah ispred apartmana. U smeštaju postoji šporetić tako da se može koristiti i rerna,što je bitno ukoliko neko sprema hranu.
