Hotel Description

Decorated in an unusual style, Anna Studios 2 can be a good choice for those seeking refurbished and affordable accommodation in an excellent location in Toroni, close to the beach, yet far from the noise. The owners are amiable and accommodating, providing whatever is needed to enhance your vacation.

Situated approximately 200m from a beautiful, sandy beach, as well as taverns and shops.

Anna Studios 2 is a large establishment located in the same courtyard as Anna Studios, although only three studios are available for rent: two triple studios and one quadruple studio.

The triple studios (14-18m2) feature one narrower-than-standard double bed and a single bed, while the quadruple studio (20m2) includes one narrower-than-standard double bed and a bunk bed. The bathrooms are small and lined with a special, waterproof material used in Santorini houses. The material is brown in color and presents a strikingly unconventional appearance. The kitchens and bathrooms are brand new, renovated in 2018.

The studios are equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning, TV, internet, and a terrace overlooking the courtyard and parking area. Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, are carried out every four days.

Guests have access to a large, built-in barbecue with a gazebo and dining table in the courtyard, as well as a spacious private parking area (which is a major advantage).

To reach the accommodation, drive along the main street next to the sea until you reach the children’s playground after Taverna Afroditi (coming from Nikiti). At the playground, turn into the first alley and continue driving until the end, where you will spot the accommodation.

Anna Studios 2 is a great choice for anyone who values proximity to a very beautiful sandy beach while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.

Considering that we haven't been to the sea for six years, we are pleased that we had the opportunity to swim in the sea. The accommodation is decent; you get what you pay for.

A modern accommodation situated in an excellent location, with exceptionally kind and accommodating hosts. The beach is very close, as is the store.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
