Fantastic location, beautiful apartments, and impeccable cleanliness. Yet the greatest quality lies in the owner, Ms. Eleni, who goes out of her way to accommodate every guest. My apartment had a sea view and a spacious terrace. The only drawback is that a partition between the terraces would enhance guests' privacy.

Fantastic accommodation. A newer property with excellent terraces. The rooms are cleaned and bed linens are changed every three days. The beach is just 30 meters away, and the promenade about 300 meters away. In front of the property there is plenty of parking space. Highly recommended.

We are very satisfied. Everything is as presented: cleanliness, courtesy, proximity to the beach, parking, excellent Wi-Fi, a great location; each apartment has its own entrance and all you need for a wonderful stay... We have no complaints.

Excellent, well-equipped apartment, very clean; a housekeeper comes every three days, wipes everything down, and replaces the towels. Since we rented an apartment rather than hotel accommodation, this is a big plus! They thought of every detail: there was a hair dryer and an iron in the room; we asked for a baby crib and they provided it; we were truly very satisfied. As for the location, it seems to be at the edge of the village, a little uphill, but the beach is just one street away, and the sea there was even the loveliest. It was our first time in Nea Rodi and we were thoroughly delighted!

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, less than 100 meters from the beach with a tavern, while the main beach in Nea Rodi is just a three-minute walk away. The apartment is exceptionally clean, towels and linens are changed every three days, and the staff is very courteous. The WiFi signal can be accessed 50 meters from the property.

The woman who maintains the complex cleaned the courtyard daily, and she changed our linens and towels every three days. The apartment is equipped with a ramp for disabled access at the entrance, making it easier to enter. The bathroom is also adapted for disabled individuals. The beach, located just 50 meters from the accommodation, also features a ramp for the disabled, facilitating swimming in the sea. We are thoroughly pleased and would gladly vacation there again.

"Meltemi" is a truly lovely apartment that, although small, is remarkably functional. It is modern, clean, and boasts a wonderful terrace with a spectacular view... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 😍 We highly recommend it. 😅

It is exceedingly rude to offer accommodation for five people (regardless of the fact that we have three small children), when in reality, that accommodation is suitable for a maximum of two. You have successfully ruined even the little vacation we have throughout the year. We are utterly disappointed with Nikana!!!
