Meltemi Luxury Apartments is one of the recently built accommodations in Nea Roda, with an excellent location. Only 80m from the sea, it has modernly furnished units for 2-4 people, and in addition to the good location, the amenities offered by this facility are a beautifully decorated and fenced yard with a corner for the youngest (but also the elderly), as well as parking for all guests.

The closest beach is sandy (coarse sand) and partially organised (there is a restaurant on the beach), so you can also use sunbeds and umbrellas. Part of the beach is adapted for people with disabilities - there are paths and amphibious wheelchairs. The center is about 500m away, while the nearest market or bakery is some 300-350m away.

Two-bed studios Tramountan (20m2) and Maistros (20m2) are located on the high ground floor (or first floor seen from the street), next to each other and have a sea view. The units have a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom (tiles with hydromassage shower) and a terrace. The entrance to the Tramountana studio is from the terrace.

The two-bed studio Levantes (20m2) and the three-bed studio Sirocos are located on the high ground floor, on the side of the building, next to each other. Studio Levantes has a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the courtyard and a side sea view. Studio Sirocos has a double bed and a single bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace with a courtyard view. In front there is a set for sitting and relaxing in the shade.

The four-bed apartment Zefiros (27m2) and the four-bed studio Ostria (22m2) are located on the high ground floor, at the back of the building, next to each other. Apartment Zefiros has a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a drawer in the room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace with a view of the courtyard. Studio Ostria has a double bed and bunk beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace with a courtyard view. The entrance to both units is from the terrace, and in front there is a corner for the youngest, as well as a common seating area.

All units are air-conditioned, have internet signal, TV, hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets and terrace with awning. The kitchen is small, with two hotplates, a Nespresso & Frape machine, a toaster and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Towels, bed linen and cleaning are changed every three days.

The parking lot is located in front of the accommodation, and considering the quiet location, there are places around the building, even in the height of the season.

Meltemi is an ideal place for families with small children and anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation not far from a beautiful sandy beach.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
