Hotel Description

Prosforio Rooms is the accommodation in a beautiful and vibrant location in Ouranopolis, close to the center, restaurants and the beach. It has six accommodation units for 2-4 people and exudes the cleanliness and care of the kind owner. Accommodation is open year-round.

Sandy beach is 250m away. The nearest bakery and restaurant are at only 20m, while the center and market are about 200m away. The port is 400m away, and the Holy Mountain Pilgrim’s Office is 50m away.

Accommodation units are arranged on the high ground floor, i.e. the ground floor from the back (the building is located on a slight rise) and the first floor.

On the first floor there is one three-bed studio and two apartments (for two and four people). The three-bed studio and the four-bed apartment have corner terraces. Three-bed studio (23m2) has three single beds, kitchen and bathroom. The double apartment (18m2) has a bedroom with two single beds and a TV, a kitchen (with a stove, a small fridge and the necessary dishes) and a bathroom. The four-bed apartment (28m2) has a bedroom with three single beds, a kitchenette (cooker and dishes) with one single bed and a bathroom.

On the (high) ground floor there are two double rooms and one three-bedroom studio.

The three-bed studio (19m2) has two entrances, (from the inside and outside), three single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom (not renovated) and a fenced veranda.

Double rooms (14m2) have a view of the street and the sea, two single beds, a small fridge, a bathroom and a terrace with a dryer. One room has an entrance from the inside, while the other has an outside, side entrance, and it also has a terrace and a small veranda.

All bathrooms have a walk-in shower with a curtain.

Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. If someone needs a laundry service, they can contact the owner.

The accommodation is modestly furnished, but well maintained and functional. The bathrooms were renovated in 2018.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels are changed every three days. Private parking is not provided, but there is a large, payable public parking lot diagonally from the property.

If you’re looking for a decent accommodation in a lively location in Ouranopolis, Prosforio Rooms might be a good choice.

We have never stayed in a clean apartment. The landlady was very kind, the location is good, the furniture is old-fashioned yet well-maintained, and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.

Price note

The remaining amount should be paid to owner’s account no later than 30 days prior to arrival to the accommodation.
Minimum stay in period ¹⁄₇-¹⁵⁄₉ is 7 nights.
