Description
Aziza Villa is located in the village of Kastelani, on the island of Corfu, at a distance of 5.1km from Agios Gordios beach. This traditional and elegant villa with a carefully landscaped garden, creates the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment beside a private pool.
The accommodation unit consists of three levels, structured as a maisonette (in a cascading construction style), and can accommodate a maximum of six adults and four children. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level (at the back at the level of the first floor, at the front at the level of the ground floor - main entrance to the villa), there is another living room with a kitchen and a dining table, as well as a bathroom. On the third level (at the level of the first or second floor), there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes two single sofas.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, a smart TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin with a glass door and toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and high chair are available.
From the veranda and balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the garden and pool. Within the courtyard, guests have access to a pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a barbecue.
Pets are not allowed. Parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as change of bed linens and towels, is done every three or four days.
Aziza Villa is located 10.7km from the center of Corfu town, 11.6km from the port, and 8.3km from the airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
