Owner description
Aziza Villa is located in the village of Kastelani, on the island of Corfu, the second largest island in the Ionian Sea, at a distance of 5.1km from Saint Gordios beach.
The accommodation unit consists of three levels, in its structure it is a maisonette (it is a cascading construction) and can accommodate a maximum of six adults and four children. On the first level (ground floor level) there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. On the second level (at the back on the first floor level, at the front on the ground floor level - the main entrance to the property) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, as well as a bathroom. On the third level (on the first/second floor level) there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes two single sofas.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as fully equipped kitchens with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower tray with a glass screen and toiletries.
On warm summer days, overlooking the garden and the pool, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating area.
In the garden, guests have access to a pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, and they also have the opportunity to enjoy barbecue facilities.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 30 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
