Description
Corfu Olympia Villa is located in the village of Perama, on the island of Corfu, 450m from the nearest beach. The minimally designed villa creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation, with a breathtaking sea view that leaves one speechless.
This ground floor accommodation unit can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. It includes a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. The living room also features a sofa for one person.
All rooms are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a safe, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom features a shower with toiletries. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available.
Guests can enjoy a panoramic sea view from the veranda furnished with seating, or relax by the pool surrounded by loungers and umbrellas.
Pets are not allowed. Parking is provided for guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three or four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
